Executive Assistant

  • At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Experience managing travel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented
  • Punctual
  • Resourceful
  • Familiarity with the real estate business is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks


  • Provide administrative support to executives
  • Screen, route, and respond to all email/phone correspondence as needed
  • Maintain calendar, schedule meetings, and act as a gatekeeper
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Serve as the liaison between management and internal/external business partners
  • Ensure seamless communication between brokers, bankers, and escrow staff
  • Record, organize, and track the company’s financial transactions
  • Manage homes and supervise household staff
  • Handle personal shopping, errands, reservations, appointments, and gift purchases
  • Assist in the preparation of offers and agreements
  • Prepare reports and analysis of special projects
  • Manage various digital documents and files
  • Manage projects, ensuring timeliness and cost efficiency
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies
