Executive Assistant to CEO
We are searching for an executive assistant to support the CEO of a pharmaceutical company. The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the executive office. The ideal candidate for the role is highly organized and excels at preventing problems before they occur.
Qualifications
- Experience as an executive assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle complex travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other forms of communication to manage the CEO’s time effectively.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives led by the CEO.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
