James joined Bedford Staffing as a recruiter after spending 10 years recruiting at another agency. Before joining Bedford Staffing, James worked as a personal assistant and an estate manager for an UHNWI. In these roles, James developed an understanding of the expectations of an UHNWI and learned what skills and qualities one has to have to have success in these roles.  James’ recruiting experience combined with his domestic experience has made him a tremendous asset to the domestic employers that come to Bedford Staffing for personal assistants, estate managers, nannies, and more.
