Personal Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant in Los Angeles to provide administrative and organizational support to a successful entrepreneur. As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, making travel arrangements, and assisting with a wide variety of administrative tasks


– At least two years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
– Attention to detail


– Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, conferences, and events
– Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison for principal
– Take care of personal errands
– Supervise home/office staff and vendors as needed
– Screen and prioritize incoming communication, including emails and phone calls
– Prepare and edit documents
– Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
– Perform general administrative tasks as needed
