A real estate investor is looking for a personal assistant. The position will be based out of the principal’s home office in Beverly Hills, with some flexibility for working remotely each week. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about an exciting industry filled with endless opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience managing projects

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management
  • Travel planning
  • Administrative support for projects
  • Purchasing household items; online shopping
  • Coordinating with contractors or other third-party vendors
  • Local errands, such as getting coffee/lunch, going to post office, etc.
  • Tracking expenses; uploading receipts
  • Email correspondence
  • Screening calls
  • Coordinating with business team
