Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, project management, or investor/donor relations role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Resourceful
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Duties

  • Screen, route, and respond to all email/phone correspondence as needed
  • Maintain calendar, schedule meetings, and act as a gatekeeper
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Act as the liaison between the CEO and various internal and external partners
  • Prepare reports and analysis of special projects
  • Manage company projects
