Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, project management, or investor/donor relations role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects
- Resourceful
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Duties
- Screen, route, and respond to all email/phone correspondence as needed
- Maintain calendar, schedule meetings, and act as a gatekeeper
- Make travel arrangements for the CEO
- Act as the liaison between the CEO and various internal and external partners
- Prepare reports and analysis of special projects
- Manage company projects
