Executive Assistant

A wellness company is searching for an Executive Assistant to play a crucial role in the operations of the company. In this role you will have the opportunity to build new skills and learn about a variety of industries and business functions. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.


  • At least one year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point) and Google Apps
  • AA degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales and negotiation ability
  • Capacity to learn new software/tech quickly
  • High level of integrity
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment based on gathering and analyzing data


  • Provide administrative support to CEO & management.
  • Make travel arrangements for CEO and upper management
  • Act as personal assistant to CEO
  • Manage projects
  • Register and arrange employee parking and office access
  • Print/scan, make copies for meetings or/and for the management’s needs
  • Order supplies including but not limited to kitchen stuff, snacks, coffee, office supplies, & etc.,
  • Make lunch reservations for staff
  • Assist with timeclock (timesheet) management
  • Set up meetings
  • Plan events
