Madeline Palmer
Madeline has been a recruiter for 11 years. Before becoming a recruiter, Madeline served as an executive assistant and eventually a chief of staff for a well-known financial services firm. Madeline has been both an internal and agency recruiter, so she has unique insight into both sides of the relationship between an agency and Human Resources. Madeline’s hands-on experience in the administrative roles that she now fills taught her everything she needed to know about what it takes for an administrative employee to have success on the job.
Amanda holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Michigan.
